About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Working Capital Specialist to join our team at Communicate Recruitment. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving continuous improvements to our end-to-end cash collection process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize working capital, work in progress, receivables, and payables across business units.
  • Prepare and present reports and KPIs of working capital management to senior management.
  • Regularly analyze working capital metrics, trends, and variances and provide insights to senior management to support decision-making.
  • Align working capital management initiatives with business objectives and drive process improvements.
  • Ensure credit limits per client are up-to-date.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in Working Capital or treasury.
  • Worked in a Multinational corporation.
  • Cash flow forecasting and understanding of Financial Principles.
  • Strong Financial Modelling and data analysis.
  • Advanced proficiency on modelling.
Qualifications
  • CA(SA) OR ACCA OR CIMA.
