Capital Growth Specialist Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Capital Growth Specialist to join our team at Kontak Recruitment. As a key member of our sales and service team, you will play a critical role in promoting and selling our capital-specific products across various industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans for capital-specific products to achieve revenue targets and increase market share within the assigned territory.
  • Collaborate with the sales and service teams to ensure alignment of strategies and initiatives.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, identifying their needs and providing tailored solutions to help them achieve their financial goals.
  • Provide support to other territories as needed, ensuring the successful implementation of capital-specific products and services.
  • Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to stay up to date with industry trends, identify new business opportunities, and develop innovative sales strategies.
  • Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations to a diverse range of audiences, showcasing the value of our Capital-specific products.
  • Participate in networking events, conferences, and trade shows to expand your professional network and increase brand visibility.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns that highlight the unique features and benefits of our Capital-specific products.
  • Continuously improve your product knowledge and stay current with regulatory requirements, industry trends, and emerging technologies.

Requirements:

  • Matric
  • Degree or diploma in sales / Business Management (Advantageous)
  • A minimum of 5 years experience selling credit to B2B clients, with a strong understanding of finance
  • At least 5 years experience in the banking industry (preferred)
  • At least 5 years in sales, business development, or account management, with a focus on capital-specific products and services
  • Vehicle and valid driver's license
  • Willingness to travel
  • MS Office proficient
