We are seeking a highly experienced Administrative Finance Manager to join our team at Network Contracting on a 3-month contract basis. This individual will be responsible for managing the debtors function, which is critical to our business success.

The key responsibilities of this role will include:

  1. ITC Check Onboarding customers involves sending new clients through an onboarding process
  2. Clean up accounts Generate invoices and credit notes for rounding discrepancies
  3. Bad debts write off Compile all accounts that are due to be written off and submit them for write-off approval
  4. Debtors overdue account management
  5. VPS Recons
  6. Invoicing & Billing Ensure accurate invoices are generated and sent to customers
  7. Debt Collection Follow up on outstanding payments and ensure timely collection
  8. Reconciliation Match payments received with invoices and resolve discrepancies
  9. Credit Control Assess customer creditworthiness and manage credit limits
  10. Reporting Prepare reports on outstanding debts, payment trends, and potential bad debts
  11. Customer Relations Communicate with clients regarding payments, disputes, and account statements

This role requires someone with extensive experience in similar environments.

The requirements for this position are as follows:

  • Qualification: BCom Finance (non-negotiable)

Required experience and skills:

  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar environment
  • Strong administrative skills with knowledge of administrative procedures and systems
  • Basic understanding of credit management processes
