Job Purpose:
Maintaining financial records, preparing financial reports, and providing administrative support to Lucy Electric South Africa's finance department.
Key Accountabilities:
- Generate invoices and credit notes.
- Prepare monthly Purchase Requisition report.
- Prepare monthly Request-To-Order report.
- Prepare monthly Travelling report.
- Prepare monthly Fleet report.
- Prepare monthly credit card report.
- Prepare monthly employee expense claim report.
- Prepare ad hoc reports.
- Prepare the aged analysis report.
- Prepare monthly trade receivable and trade payable report, sending invoices with statements.
Administrative Support:
- Assist Finance team with documents required for Finance, BBBEE, Quality, and SARS audit.
- Add new customers and suppliers on the system.
- File all finance documents.
- Take clear messages and communicate effectively with relevant stakeholders.
- Conduct customer reference checks.
- Follow up on customer payments.
Treasury:
- Prepare the BOP forms.
- Prepare exchange control applications.
- Prepare monthly journals: Vodacom & Fleet.
Minimum Qualifications, Experience & Skills:
- National Diploma in Accounting.
- Computer literacy in MS Office, Excel Spreadsheet.
