- Grade 12/ Matric
- Fluency in Afrikaans and English is beneficial
- 1 - 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Experience working on PayProp is beneficial
Duties:
- New client administration
- Mandate and lease renewals
- Inspections
- Maintenance requests/report by tenant
- Deposit refunds
- Arrears
- Monthly and ad-hoc invoicing
- General duties and own office administration
About the Job:
This role involves administering letting services, including new client onboarding, mandate and lease renewals, inspections, and maintenance requests. The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role and fluency in Afrikaans and English.
