Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and manage the workings of various operations pertaining to our national office.
- Perform administrative functions related to our Membership database, membership assistance, membership queries, and financial management of membership fees.
- Assist with collection of membership fees.
- Ensure regular two-way communication between members and the association takes place on various platforms.
- Oversee the function and maintenance of our databases via the Glue Up CRM and communication platform.
- Develop relationships with other industry associations and convention centers within Southern Africa.
- Handle telephonic and electronic membership/industry enquiries.
- Follow up with members/industry enquiries and offer to handle concerns where possible.
- Complete all related administration protocols according to our SOP procedures.
We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in operations management, marketing, and communication. The ideal candidate will have three to five years of work experience within the association, meetings, and event management, hospitality, and tourism industry. A track record of growing programs and excellent writing/editing skills are also essential.
What We OfferWe offer a full-time remote working position with the potential of moving into an office environment. The position is full-time (08h00-16h30) with occasional weekend work and limited travel. We also offer a competitive salary and benefits package.
