About the Role:
This IT Infrastructure Technician position requires a detail-oriented professional with a passion for technology and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance tasks on hardware and software systems.
Install and configure new equipment, including workstations and peripherals.
Deploy and configure various software, including operating systems and productivity tools.
Provide on-site technical support and troubleshoot hardware/software issues.
Troubleshoot and repair network endpoints.
Assist with the relocation of computer equipment as needed.
Support technical operations during disaster recovery and business continuity events.
Monitor digital infrastructure and report system downtimes.

Requirements:
An estimated salary of R 250,000 per annum is expected for this position.
A valid RSA drivers license (manual transmission) is necessary.
12-18 months of relevant experience are required.
Certifications in A+, N+, Apple Essentials, and Linux Essentials are an advantage.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential.
