Ensuring Efficient Governance through ICT

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative and technical support for the ICT Government Motor Transport (GMT) Systems and related ICT services. This involves ensuring the optimal performance and security of these systems, as well as collaborating with external partners to deliver high-quality services.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage ICT systems, including software and hardware components, to ensure efficient operation and security.
  2. Develop and maintain documentation, such as user manuals and technical guides, to facilitate knowledge sharing and collaboration.
  3. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address system-related issues and improve overall service delivery.
  4. Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and policies related to ICT governance and security.

Requirements:

Applicants must hold a relevant tertiary qualification and have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills, are required for success in this role.
