About the Role
The Operations Manager will be responsible for:
- Leading a team of operations professionals to drive process improvements and ensure high-quality customer experiences.
- Developing and implementing strategic plans to meet business objectives and improve operational performance.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business results and drive innovation.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Matric/Grade 12 qualification, with a tertiary qualification advantageous.
- A minimum of 3 years' experience as an Assistant Manager and 1 year experience as a Deputy Manager.
- Experience in the travel industry within BPO.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
- Computer literacy.
