We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to join our team at WNS Global Services. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving operational excellence and ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service.

About the Role

The Operations Manager will be responsible for:

  • Leading a team of operations professionals to drive process improvements and ensure high-quality customer experiences.
  • Developing and implementing strategic plans to meet business objectives and improve operational performance.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business results and drive innovation.


Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Matric/Grade 12 qualification, with a tertiary qualification advantageous.
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience as an Assistant Manager and 1 year experience as a Deputy Manager.
  • Experience in the travel industry within BPO.
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Computer literacy.
