Job Summary

The successful candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, with experience in managing high-performing teams and developing effective sales strategies. You will be responsible for building relationships with key stakeholders, including Independent Financial Advisers (IFAs), to drive business growth and revenue expansion.

Main Responsibilities

  1. Team Leadership: Manage and motivate a diverse team of sales consultants to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  2. Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue expansion and business growth.
  3. Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with IFAs to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  4. Performance Monitoring: Monitor and evaluate team performance to ensure achievement of sales targets and identify areas for improvement.

Key Requirements

  • Qualifications: BCom degree in Investment Management, Financial Planning, or Business Management.
  • Knowledge: Sound knowledge of the investment industry and Momentum Investment products.
