We are a leading consulting firm dedicated to helping businesses grow and succeed in the manufacturing and engineering sectors.
We are seeking an experienced Business Growth Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our sales and business development team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and establishing strong relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify potential leads to expand our client base
- Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients
- Analyze market trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities and strategies
- Develop and implement effective sales and business development strategies to meet revenue goals
- Create and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and pitches tailored to client needs
- Attend industry events, conferences, and exhibitions to connect with potential clients and partners
- Work closely with internal teams, including operations, to ensure seamless service delivery to clients
- Provide regular updates and reports on business development activities, pipeline progress, and performance metrics
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
- Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of formal qualifications
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role, preferably in the manufacturing or engineering sector
- Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and client relationship management
- Ability to work independently, take initiatives, and meet targets
- Strong problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel when required
