Business Growth Strategist

We are seeking a driven Sales Professional to join our team as a Business Growth Strategist. This role requires a results-oriented individual with a passion for building relationships and driving revenue growth.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and prospecting new customers, building strong relationships with key decision-makers, and positioning our products/services as ideal solutions to meet their needs. They will also develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in Logistics, Cold Chain Logistics, Engineering, Construction, Manufacturing, Car Rental, Mining, or Transport industries.
- Prospect and identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations, proposals, and contracts.
Requirements:
- A matric certificate is required.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in external sales hunter roles, focusing on new business development and B2B sales in a corporate setting.
- Established industry networks in Logistics, Cold Chain Logistics, Engineering, Construction, Manufacturing, Car Rental, Mining, or Transport.
- Technical background in SaaS/ICT/IT/Technology/Telecoms or solution sales, with a focus on new business.
