Key Responsibilities- Configure and customize ERP modules to meet business requirements
- Provide expert advice on ERP design, implementation, and customization
- Ensure seamless integration of ERP systems with other business applications
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in ERP consulting, with experience in multiple ERP modules
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems, particularly those used in the telecommunications industry
- Excellent communication and client management skills
- Matric and diploma/degree in computer science, information systems, or related field
- 3-5 years' experience administering an ERP system
- Experience with ERP Systems advantageous
- Experience in report writers, SQL, workflow, and UML modeling advantageous
- Must have experience managing projects, setting up, and deployment of information systems
- Experience in Microsoft 365 products and Business reporting Tools/Solutions will be advantageous
