Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Solutions Specialist to join our Business Solutions Team at Progressive Edge.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development of business cases, process analysis, and system implementation projects. You will work closely with the Business Solutions Manager and other stakeholders to ensure that solutions meet business needs and requirements.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Developing comprehensive business cases to support system upgrades and new implementations
  • Analyzing business processes and identifying areas for improvement
  • Defining detailed system requirements and working closely with IT teams to implement solutions
  • Ensuring seamless project delivery through effective stakeholder management and communication
  • Collaborating with senior team members to drive business improvements and strategic initiatives

 

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in Unit Trust and LISP administration, with a strong understanding of legislative reporting and operational processes
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications or studying towards one
  • Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to abstract detail into models
  • Proven experience in Agile and Waterfall methodologies, with a strong understanding of project implementation necessities
  • Strong technical skills in Microsoft Office, including Advanced Excel and Visio, as well as experience with Flexcube and SQL
