Key Responsibilities:
  1. The successful candidate will provide technical expertise to site managers, cleaning teams, technical sales consultants, and customers to meet customer needs.
  2. They will manage complaints, advise internal/external stakeholders on corrective action, and ensure that application of audit procedures conforms to clients' quality standards.
  3. This role involves managing budgets, ensuring low maintenance costs, and driving efficiencies and innovation.
  4. The incumbent will determine precision and accuracy in chemical verification, manage Health and Safety, and comply with Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) requirements.
  5. They will provide effective solutions to address site pain points from a maintenance perspective and ensure routine maintenance for chemical dosing pumps.
  6. The role also involves providing onsite assistance and training to the chemical division.
