This role is responsible for increasing business capacity by marketing the business unit and its products to clients within a designated portfolio. The Account Executive will play a key role in building strong client relationships, achieving sales targets, and contributing to overall business development. The ideal candidate will possess a balance of strategic planning and hands-on client service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve and exceed set sales budgets
  • Formulate and implement account development plans
  • Track and report on key sales performance indicators
  • Compile and deliver regular reports to management
  • Resolve client queries in a professional and timely manner
  • Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts
  • Coordinate closely with internal teams to meet client expectations
  • Maintain detailed client records and updates
  • Conduct regular client meetings and presentations
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Contribute to strategic planning and sales forecasting
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitors
  • Promote business offerings effectively across the client portfolio
  • Monitor and manage the sales pipeline proactively

Requirements
  • Relevant tertiary qualification
  • Driver's license and own vehicle
  • 35 years experience in a similar role
  • Proven record in managing a sales team and achieving targets
  • Knowledge of creative brand and point-of-sale solutions is advantageous
  • Advanced computer literacy
