  • CUSTOMER SERVICE:
    • Provide support to customers and field workers regarding booking enquiries.

  • Reporting and Analysis:
    • Prepare and analyse reports related to bookings.
    • Track key metrics and provide insights to improve processes.
  • Compliance and Procedures:
