Job Overview

We are currently looking for an experienced Warehouse Logistics Specialist to join our client's team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing inventory and ensuring smooth operations within the warehouse.

Salary Details

The basic salary for this position is R22 000 per annum.

Key Responsibilities

  • Placing purchase orders with suppliers and following up on delivery receipts
  • Managing stock levels and conducting stock takes
  • Coordinating with production to ensure timely receipt of raw materials
  • Communicating with production teams regarding stock discrepancies
  • Loading bill of materials onto production job cards
  • Processing returns and reworks in production
  • Invoicing customers

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • Matric qualification
  • Experience in Syspro or similar inventory management system
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • At least 3 years' experience in a similar role

Working Hours

This position requires a full-time commitment, working Monday to Friday, 08:00-17:00.
