The successful candidate will report to the General Manager and be responsible for:
  1. Coordinating and managing reservations, bookings, and inquiries
  2. Managing inventory of supplies and equipment for guest services
  3. Supervising Housekeeping staff to maintain cleanliness and orderliness of guest rooms and common areas
  4. Monitoring financial performance and preparing regular reports for owners or management
  5. Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
  6. Developing and executing marketing strategies to attract new guests and retain existing clientele
  7. Managing related administration duties
Essential Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:
  1. Maintenance of matric level and relevant tertiary qualification advantageous
  2. A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar position in a 4-star or 5-star establishment
  3. Excellent communication skills in Afrikaans and English
  4. Willingness to work weekends and public holidays when required
  5. Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office
  6. Valid driver's license and own reliable transport
