Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Portfolio Marketing and Sales Executive to join our team at Emporium Human Capital. This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned professional to lead the marketing and sales efforts for our CRRT portfolio, driving commercial success and achieving organisational objectives.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, with a proven track record of success in similar roles. They will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies, analysing regional sales data, and managing resources to maximise sales potential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement divisional sales and marketing strategies to achieve commercial objectives
  • Analyse regional sales data, competitor activity, and market share trends to inform strategic decision-making
  • Manage resources, including budget, stock, time, systems, and sales tools, to ensure optimal performance
  • Built strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive continuous brand loyalty and advocacy
  • Develop customer proposals and presentations to communicate and implement solutions
  • Stay up-to-date with regional and national trends, customer dynamics, and prescribing habits to inform sales and marketing activities
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A medical or sciences degree
  • 3-5 years' experience in sales, preferably in CRRT
  • 3 years' experience as a marketing manager

You will also need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary, ranging from R950k to R1 million per annum, depending on experience. You will also have opportunities for professional growth and development within our organisation.
