Job Description

We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Marketing Manager to oversee all aspects of the LVP portfolio's marketing efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing divisional marketing strategies to achieve organisational commercial objectives.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Analysis of regional sales, competitor, and market share data to develop strategies and action plans to maximise sales potential
  • Implementation of divisional marketing strategies to ensure organisational commercial objectives are met
  • Management of resources, including budget, stock, time, systems, and sales tools
  • Frequent customer visits with and without product specialists to build strong relationships and understand customer practices and prescribing habits
  • Coaching and developing sales representatives to enhance their skills and performance
  • Analysis and monthly reporting on team performance, identifying areas for improvement and developing action plans to correct underperformance

Requirements:

  • MEDICAL AND/OR SCIENCES DEGREE REQUIRED
  • 3 years' experience as a Marketing Manager - Essential
  • Experience in Large Volume Parenteral (LVP)
  • Generic Pharmaceutical experience - Essential
  • Product launch experience - Essential
