About the Role
  • We are seeking an experienced sales professional with a proven track record of success in the warehouse automation or material handling industry.
  • Your key responsibilities will include developing and managing relationships with potential clients, identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, and collaborating with internal technical teams to ensure customer requirements are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Manage Relationships: Foster strong relationships with potential clients to understand their needs and preferences.
  • New Sales Opportunities: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, particularly in automation solutions for material handling and intralogistics.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with internal technical teams to ensure customer requirements are met, and communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs.
  • Proposal and Presentation Preparation: Prepare tailored proposals and presentations to meet client needs.

Requirements
  • Proven Experience: Proven experience in sales, ideally within the warehouse automation or material handling industry.
  • Strong Understanding: Strong understanding of automation solutions, such as pallet shuttles, conveyors, and warehouse management systems.
  • Independence and Target Achievement: Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
  • Excellent Communication and Negotiation Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build strong relationships with clients.

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is approximately R800,000 - R1,200,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus all travel expenses paid for.
