This will involve reviewing, testing, and monitoring compliance with applicable laws and regulations, as well as identifying areas of deficiencies and providing recommendations for corrective action.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement compliance assurance methodologies in line with regulatory requirements;
- Perform compliance assessments and testing to identify risks and other compliance issues;
- Provide recommendations for corrective action to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- Grade 12 or equivalent qualification;
- Internal Audit / Law / Risk / Compliance or post-graduate qualification; and
- 3 to 5 years of experience working in compliance management, risk management, internal audit and/or risk function, with recent experience in regulatory compliance.
