About the Role

As the Global Talent Acquisition Director, you will play a critical role in finding the right talent who reflect our values and align with our clients', partners', and internal team's needs. You will be responsible for operationalizing our recruitment efforts to support our rapidly growing organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy, understanding our global and local needs.
  • Collaborate with sales, clients, and internal hiring managers to identify key hiring needs across various departments and business units.
  • Partner with recruitment service providers to ensure effective service delivery.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor practices to inform recruitment strategies.
  • Forecast talent acquisition needs based on business growth plans.
  • Design, optimize, and implement recruitment processes and workflows to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening through offer negotiation.
  • Establish metrics and KPIs to track recruitment performance and drive continuous improvement.
  • Prepare and present reports on recruitment data, activities, trends, and outcomes.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Experience with high-volume recruitment, preferably in BPO or staffing agency settings.
  • Proven track record of successfully scaling recruitment efforts in a high-growth environment.
  • Commitment to taking a systems and process-based approach to support our extraordinary growth and scale.
  • Experience managing employer branding initiatives and the full cycle of the talent management process.
  • Sound knowledge of various sourcing techniques and tools.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Ability to analyze and make data-driven decisions.
  • Ability to influence employees at all levels to support your strategies.
  • Exceptional relationship building, verbal, and written communication skills paired with strong business acumen.
