Position Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced individual to fill the position of Customer Service Consultant at Telesure Investment Holdings (TIH).

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage customer relationships effectively, providing solutions for first call resolution and completion of customer requests.
  • Analyze customer needs and identify opportunities to enhance their experiences through product up-selling.
  • Develop working knowledge of TIH's policies and procedures, regulatory codes, and mandatory training requirements.
  • Identify and report potential risks or inadequate controls related to compliance or operational risks.
  • Maintain awareness, understanding, and compliance with Company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Matric / Grade 12 or SAQA Accredited Equivalent (Essential); RE 5 (Advantageous); STI Qualification (Advantageous); FAIS recognised qualification (Advantageous); Class of Business Certification (Advantageous).
  • 1 - 3 years work experience in a customer-facing role (Essential).
