About Our Company

Ajtechnicaldr is a renowned car rental company with a reputation for excellence. We are currently seeking an experienced administrator to join our team and contribute to our success.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administration and possess excellent communication and organizational skills. Key responsibilities include:

  • Liaising with OEMs to source back-order parts
  • Preparing accurate and timely parts orders
  • Monitoring and updating ETAs
  • Resolving queries between panel shops and suppliers

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant administration experience
  • 2 years experience within a parts department
  • Strong computer literacy skills
  • Experience with Kerridge/ADP or Drive
  • Parts interpretation skills using OEM catalogues
