Administrative Support Staff Wanted

Ajtechnicaldr is a renowned car rental company with a reputation for excellence. We are currently seeking an experienced administrator to join our team and contribute to our success.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administration and possess excellent communication and organizational skills. Key responsibilities include:
- Liaising with OEMs to source back-order parts
- Preparing accurate and timely parts orders
- Monitoring and updating ETAs
- Resolving queries between panel shops and suppliers
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant administration experience
- 2 years experience within a parts department
- Strong computer literacy skills
- Experience with Kerridge/ADP or Drive
- Parts interpretation skills using OEM catalogues
