Facilities and Operations Coordinator

**Job Description:**
Ellahi Consulting seeks an experienced Operations Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating regular maintenance and repairs of facilities, consolidating monthly reports from TC Managers, and helping manage vendor relationships for maintenance services.
**Responsibilities include:**
- Coordinating regular maintenance and repairs of facilities
- Managing flight bookings and vehicle rental bookings for the team
- Providing support to employees and building occupants regarding facility-related inquiries
**Qualifications:**
- Previous experience in facilities management or building maintenance is highly desirable
- Strong organizational and communication skills are essential
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team is required
