Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing monthly accounting services, including preparing financial statements, conducting independent reviews, and maintaining financial records.
- Support payroll processing, including preparing and submitting tax returns and handling Department of Labour queries.
- Provide administrative support to the finance department and assist with client onboarding.
Requirements:
- National Diploma (3 years) or higher in Accounting/Finance.
- 2-3 years' experience in accounting & tax-related functions.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax laws, and VAT.
- Strong bookkeeping & VAT knowledge.
- Prior experience in payroll processing and monthly tax submissions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Sage Accounting, Sage One, Sage 300 (ESSENTIAL).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Driver's license and own reliable transport (advantageous).
