Responsibilities:
  • Visiting designated automotive workshops to promote the Castrol FastScan App and register mechanics on the platform.
  • Providing training on app usage and its benefits to mechanics.
  • Gathering feedback from mechanics to improve customer satisfaction.
  • Collecting and inputting data points via the internal app, including customer details, mechanic information, and app registration evidence.
  • Submitting daily updates on mechanic registrations and KPIs.

Promotional Activities:

  • Distributing promotional materials such as Z-cards and leaflets to mechanics and workshop personnel.
  • Representing the Castrol brand professionally, ensuring a strong presence in the field.

Logistics and Preparedness:

  • Utilizing provided uniforms and equipment, including WiFi devices and power banks, to address app installation challenges.
  • Ensuring timely and efficient visits in line with daily and monthly targets.

Deployment Plan:

  • The Field Marketer Placement will be implemented in various regions, including Gauteng, Cape Town, Durban, Mpumalanga, Free State, and Limpopo.
  • Recruitment and training will commence mid-February to ensure readiness by March 1st.
  • The client will provide a customer database to aid in identifying target workshops.
  • Weekly automated reporting and KPI tracking will be implemented.

Requirements:

  • Relevant Diploma at NQF level 5.
  • Drivers' License with own vehicle.
  • 2-3 years' experience in sales, preferably in the mobile or automotive industry.
