Hospitality and Culinary Expert Wanted

Wild Dreams Hospitality is seeking an experienced Hospitality and Culinary Expert to join our team as a Food and Beverage Manager.

About the Job

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our food and beverage operations, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, and maintaining high standards of quality and service.

The estimated salary for this position is $85,000 - $125,000 per year, depending on experience.

Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning: Develop and implement menus that cater to our guests' preferences and dietary requirements.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, minimize waste, and optimize stock control.
  • Staff Supervision: Lead and motivate a team of staff members, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure excellent service delivery.
  • Financial Management: Manage budgets, track expenses, and implement cost-saving measures to maintain profitability.
Requirements
  • Experience: 3-5 years in a food and beverage management role.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills; ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Educational Background: Diploma or degree in hospitality, culinary arts, or a related field.
