Western Cape Account Manager

This Sales Manager role offers a unique opportunity for a results-driven sales professional to join Hire Resolve's client in the Western Cape region. As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that drive revenue growth and meet business objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales plans to drive revenue growth in the Packaging Industry.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
- Provide coaching and guidance to a team of sales representatives, empowering them to achieve their full potential.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities, informing strategic decisions and optimizing sales performance.
- Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely product availability and optimize inventory management.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Comply with company policies and procedures, maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and integrity.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the Packaging Industry, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team to excel.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build trust with customers and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated knowledge of market trends and competitor activities in the Packaging Industry.
- Ability to travel within the Western Cape region as required, with a valid driver's license and own vehicle.
