Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Accreditation Specialist to join our team at HR-Simplified (Pty) Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement assessment, accreditation, and academic program review activities to ensure continuous accreditation of our institution.
  • Analyze data related to selected qualifications, curriculum standards, enrolment requirements, and other academic activities to inform accreditation decisions.
  • Provide technical and professional guidance, consultation, and support to faculty, staff, and ETQA administrators to ensure successful accreditation outcomes.
  • Interpret assessment findings and prepare official assessment reports to summarize results.
  • Plan, develop, and implement special projects as assigned, including promoting and facilitating special events, programs, and activities.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent qualification.
  • At least 3 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
  • Completed program from an accredited institution (CIPS, ASCM) above the minimum education requirement would be beneficial.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of assessment methodologies, practices, and principles.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with ability to present effectively to small and large groups.
  • Ability to investigate and analyze information, draw conclusions, and synthesize quantitative and qualitative data.
  • Advanced research, analytical, critical thinking, and report writing skills.
  • Database management skills.
