Job Title: Technical Buyer

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Buyer to join our team at Dante Personnel. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing and purchasing materials and services for our clients in the mining and manufacturing industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Procure materials and services in line with our clients' requirements
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers
  • Negotiate prices and terms
  • Ensure compliance with our clients' procurement policies and procedures
  • Monitor and report on procurement activities

Requirements:

  • Degree of Diploma in Procurement
  • MS Office and Pastel skills
  • Drivers license
  • Minimum 2-3 years purchasing experience in a mining or manufacturing environment or similar industry
  • 2-3 years stores and stock control experience
