We are seeking an experienced Global Digital Marketing Specialist to join our Global Brand and Design team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies that drive business growth and improve brand awareness.

The successful candidate will have a passion for digital marketing, with expertise in Google Ads, SEO, social media advertising, and other digital platforms. You will work closely with stakeholders across the globe to support their digital requirements, obtain input, and align with local campaigns to promote the business and support lead generation.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Implementing, running, monitoring, and advising on Google Ad efforts for all business units across the globe.
  • Providing monthly Google Ad reports for each region/business unit, advising on what's working well, making recommendations, tracking implemented changes, and providing feedback.
  • Managing SEO for any and all the business' websites across all industries and regions, working with local teams to implement recommendations and track results/progress.
  • Providing monthly SEO reports for each region/business unit, advising on what's working well, making recommendations, tracking implemented changes, and providing feedback.
  • Working with local regions/business units for social media advertising requirements once briefs have been submitted.
  • Working with the Global Brand and Design team to execute on creative requirements for social media advertising, after obtaining input and briefs from relevant stakeholders, and gaining approval.
  • Providing monthly reports on social media advertising, advising on what's working well, making recommendations, tracking implemented changes, and providing feedback.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A digital marketing qualification and Google Ad certifications.
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience as a digital specialist.
  • A strong understanding, knowledge, and experience in Google Ads, SEO, social media advertising, and other digital platforms.
  • An ability to interpret briefs for digital marketing campaigns and run with a project from start to finish.
  • An ability to work with stakeholders and designers for creative aspects of digital marketing requirements.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Organised and able to plan and prioritise workloads to meet deadlines.
  • Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills with the ability to communicate or present ideas.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent reporting skills.
  • Tech savvy.
