Job Title: Project Manager Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager Leader to join our team at HR Genie in Gauteng, Johannesburg Metro, Sandton.

Job Type: Contract, expected to work Full-Time hours. Estimated Salary: R 1,200,000 - R 1,500,000 per year.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Coordinate project team members and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery, effective communication, and collaboration.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and addressing any issues or risks, and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Manage project resources effectively, allocating tasks and responsibilities to team members, and ensuring that all project deliverables meet the required quality standards.
  • Lead project meetings, communicate project updates to all stakeholders, and maintain open lines of communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Ensure that project deliverables meet the required quality standards and client requirements, and implement best practices in project management to achieve excellence.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in the Financial industry, with a strong understanding of project management principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Relevant project management certification (e.g., APM/PMP/Prince2) is desirable.
  • Advanced knowledge of project management tools and software, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
