Job Description

The Learning and Development Specialist will report directly to the National L&D Manager. Key responsibilities include:

  • Facilitating in-house training sessions
  • Ensuring all training programs align with compliance standards and processes
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement training initiatives

This role requires a strong understanding of adult learning principles, effective communication skills, and the ability to adapt to changing business needs.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Education, Training, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in learning and development
  • Excellent facilitation and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
