  3. Monitor and report on perfusion parameters, viability assessments, and other critical data to the surgeon.
  4. Collaborate with the transplant team to develop and implement strategies for improving organ transplantation outcomes.
  5. Perform routine maintenance tasks, including inventory management and supply chain logistics.

Requirements:

  1. Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Science, Nursing, Medical School).
  2. At least 2 years of experience in healthcare, preferably in organ transplantation or a related field.
  3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  4. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work collaboratively with the transplant team.
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
