About the Job
As a Human Resource Partner, you will play a key role in aligning our people strategy with business goals, driving organisational success, and fostering a culture of engagement and collaboration. You will partner closely with business leaders and teams to provide expert HR guidance and support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Workforce Strategy and Plan Formulation:
Develop and implement comprehensive workforce strategies that align with business goals and objectives. - Talent Attraction and Management:
Support the activation of the talent strategy for the business by developing insight and analysis of people-related business issues and opportunities. - Talent Development:
Identify specific employment and development issues from workforce trends and staff feedback mechanisms. Drive the implementation of training, mentoring, and coaching programmes. - Workforce Modernisation:
Act as an advocate of change and modernisation in support of business and HR strategies. - Employee Relations:
Lead management in employee relations and conflict resolution. Advise managers on complex employee relations issues. - Change Management:
Lead key HR initiatives and change programmes to ensure effective coordination of people and resources. - Coaching:
Advise, coach, and support managers on staff leadership activities. - Administration and Reporting:
Compile and submit management and statutory reports relating to human resource management.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will need to have a degree in Human Resource Management and a valid Code EB driver's licence. You must also have at least 5 years' experience as a HR generalist, of which 1 must be in an advisory role.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, computer literacy, report writing skills, interpersonal skills, negotiation skills, logical thinking, problem-solving skills, presentation skills, administrative and organisational skills, consulting skills, collaboration, teambuilding, and influencing skills.
