Risk Management Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the risk management function in our Distribution Services business. This includes delivering against and facilitating the risk management program and activities, as well as performing key outputs such as creating risk reports, stakeholder management, embedding ERM policies, and monitoring material risks.
Key Responsibilities
- Create risk reports and ensure consistent delivery of risk reporting requirements.
- Manage stakeholders by ensuring accurate reporting of risk exposures within various business functional units through regular formal engagement with management.
- Embed and implement ERM policies, frameworks, standards, and guidelines into the business and ensure requirements are met.
- Perform risk and controls assessments on identified risks and report to relevant executives and committees.
Required Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of operational risk management principles, practices, and regulations. A degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field, along with at least 5-8 years of experience in operational risk management, insurance/financial risk management, is required.
