**Introduction**:
Raid Risk Management is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will oversee various projects from inception to completion, ensuring that all objectives are met within the set timelines, budget, and scope. Your experience in managing diverse teams and navigating project complexities will be essential to driving success.

**Responsibilities**:

- Plan, initiate, and manage projects, ensuring they align with the company’s goals and objectives.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to define project deliverables and timelines.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement solutions to keep the project on track.
- Manage project resources effectively, including budgeting, scheduling, and personnel allocation.
- Facilitate communication between internal teams, clients, and stakeholders, ensuring clarity and transparency throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards where applicable.
- Evaluate project outcomes and provide post-project assessments to improve future processes.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree or relevant certification in Project Management or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing projects from initiation to completion.
- Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure, managing multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: R20 000,00 - R30 000,00 per month
