We are seeking a highly skilled Client Relationship Manager to support our Service Delivery Managers and ensure seamless service to our clients in the IT Distribution space.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Servicing Existing Clients:
    • Act as the key point of contact for Service Delivery Managers, assisting with contract renewals, finance queries, and client communication.
    • Draft presentations and proposals to meet client expectations.
    • Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Identifying and Resolving Service Issues:
    • Proactively identify potential service issues and work closely with the Service Delivery team to resolve them.
Requirements:
  • Experience and Skills:
    • A minimum of 4-6 years of relevant customer service or account management experience.
    • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
    • Excellent communication skills – written, verbal, and face-to-face.
  • Educational Background:
    • Possesses a degree in a related field, such as business administration or marketing.
  • Industry Knowledge:
    • Familiarity with the IT Service Provider or Distribution industry is preferred but not essential.
