Key Responsibilities:- Lead the planning, execution, and management of marketing campaigns across digital media, paid media, e-commerce, social media, and email channels.
- Work closely with senior leadership to ensure marketing campaigns align with overall business objectives and brand positioning.
- Develop and manage marketing campaign timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring key performance indicators (KPIs) are met.
Campaign Planning and Execution:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, balancing stakeholders, deadlines, budgets, reports, and priorities.
Data-Driven Analysis and Optimization:
- Track and optimize campaigns in real-time using analytics, providing actionable insights to improve future campaigns.
- Prepare regular performance reports showcasing performance metrics and areas of improvement.
- Use marketing methods to improve campaign effectiveness, such as A/B testing, customer segmentation, user journey, SEO, etc.
Content Creation and Strategy:
- Shape compelling content strategies and craft visuals that resonate deeply with our target audience.
- Develop bold, out-of-the-box ideas to drive campaigns that stand out in competitive markets.
- Deploy creative, narrative storytelling techniques to command audience attention.
- Ensure all assets are aligned with campaign goals, are produced on time, and are delivered within budget.
- Ensure brand messaging is consistent across all campaign touchpoints.
Cross-Functional Collaboration and Stakeholder Management:
- Regularly update stakeholders on campaign progress, challenges, and key results.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, product, and other teams to ensure campaigns are implemented effectively, with clear communication and alignment throughout.
