Executive Support Specialist

Unique Personnel Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive PA to join our team. This role will provide support to the CEO, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the CEO's calendar and schedule appointments and travel arrangements independently
  • Coordinate calendars for senior executives and management as required
  • Screen incoming calls and correspondence, and respond independently when possible

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders. They will also have exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple deadlines.

Requirements
  • Diploma/NQF level 6 essential
  • Up to 6 years' experience in an Executive PA role (C-Suite level)
  • Exceptionally well presented and well spoken, with corporate-level behaviour
