About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Talent Acquisition Lead to join our team at Santam Insurance. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will be responsible for leading a team to deliver a full end-to-end talent acquisition service in a specific region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and oversee the full end-to-end Talent Acquisition process in the business.
  • Provide training, coaching, and support to the Talent Acquisition team.
  • Monitor and interpret Talent Acquisition data to identify trends and suggest actions to address.
  • Effectively manage Talent Acquisition costs, including agency costs.
  • Stakeholder management with the business to audit Talent Acquisition service.
  • Balances own priorities with directing and motivating others.
  • Plans and assigns work across the team.
Requirements
  • Registered Psychometrist would be preferable.
  • 6-10 years of Recruitment experience working in an RPO or Volume business and at least 3 years of talent lead/management experience.
  • Research methodology, head-hunting, and differentiated sourcing strategies.
  • Experience working with candidate management systems.
  • Understanding of the fundamentals of outsourcing, agency work, and labor broking is an advantage.
