About the Role- Working closely with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to increase sales.
- Providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with our clients.
- Remain up to date with and continuously adhere to compliance and quality standards.
- Keeping up to date with own registration, product knowledge and maintenance of own CPD points.
- Identifying risks and flagging potentially fraudulent activities.
- Keeping and storing relevant records of advice.
- A minimum of one year's experience in a sales or marketing capacity.
- Experience within insurance branches an advantage.
