Your Role

As our Property Coordinator, you will serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, ensuring exceptional service and handling lease administration with precision and efficiency. You will coordinate maintenance requests and ensure timely resolutions, oversee property inspections and compliance with regulations, and foster positive tenant relationships to enhance satisfaction and retention.

What We Are Looking For

We are seeking an individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks effectively, and a proactive approach to problem-solving and conflict resolution. Experience in property management or facility coordination is advantageous, but not required.
