We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Property Sourcing Expert to join our team.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying potential premises for Capitec Bank branches, conducting comprehensive research on market and property trends. They will also be responsible for existing and new external property stakeholder liaison and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct research on market and property trends to identify suitable premises for Capitec Bank branches
  • Establish and maintain relationships with external property stakeholders, including estate agents, property developers, and brokers
Requirements
  • At least 5 years' experience in property sourcing and negotiating lease agreements within the properties environment
  • Operational knowledge of Capitec Bank branch environment
Qualifications
  • Grade 12 National Certificate / Vocational
  • A relevant tertiary qualification
Skills and Knowledge
  • Property industry knowledge, including property law and lease contracts
  • Budgeting, planning, and control skills
  • Familiarity with statutory requirements, including NBR and OHSA
Conditions of Employment
  • A valid driver's license and own vehicle is required
  • Contactable via own mobile phone
  • Willingness to travel extensively and regularly
  • Clear criminal and credit record
