We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Property Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in property management, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a proven ability to drive business growth through strategic asset management.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement effective property management strategies to drive business growth and increase returns
• Foster strong relationships with tenants, internal stakeholders, and external partners to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
• Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and opportunities for improvement
• Implement and maintain effective maintenance and repair programs to minimize downtime and costs
• Collaborate with facilities management team to ensure compliance with OHS Act requirements

Requirements
• Minimum 5 years working experience in property management
• Proficiency in MDA and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to demonstrate flexibility and changing priorities
• Evidence of team player and supportive colleague with strong interpersonal and communication skills
