About the Role:

  • We are looking for a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business transformations using agility enabling methodologies.
  • The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of leadership experience in large-scale business transformation.
  • Prior experience in financial services is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement agile methodologies and frameworks to drive digital business unit agility.
  2. Lead and manage cross-functional teams to deliver business outcomes.
  3. Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, IT teams, and other support functions.
  4. Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of digital business unit agility initiatives.
  5. Develop and implement change management plans to drive adoption of digital business unit agility.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 10 years of experience in IT/business with a focus on business transformations using agility enabling methodologies.
  • Proven track record of driving large-scale business transformation projects.
  • Experience in financial services is preferred.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
