Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Manager to join our team at CTA Recruitment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, developing sustainable relationships with customers, and driving business results.

This role requires strong commercial understanding, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute sales account plans to ensure targets are met.
  2. Maintain a sustainable relationship with the customer and identify new growth opportunities.
  3. Hold ownership for correct pricing and margins, claim handling, payments, and contract negotiations.
  4. Implement price reviews and drive cost recovery models in place at the customer.
  5. Drive cost, value-added, and efficiency initiatives.
  6. Support exceptional quality and product delivery.
  7. Collaborate with Product Management and the customer to drive innovation.
  8. Collect market data and develop the yearly account budget.
  9. Align overall sales strategy with the global Sales Account Management team.
  10. Responsible for the quality of information fed back into the group.
  11. Understand market drivers, deliverables, and competitors of the customer, and align these to the client's strategy.
  12. Hold responsibility to communicate and drive timelines/critical paths, samples collection, and other tasks in project management.
  13. Have ownership for the formalization of customer SLA's.
  14. Responsible for pipeline development and updating it weekly with accurate information.
  15. Responsible for profit improvement initiatives at the customer.
  16. Communicate market synergies, trends, and market prices back to EMM market price database.
  17. Frequent visits to customers and prioritize time spent in front of the customer.
  18. Accurate sales forecasting and demand management.
